For whom? For everybody. Especially for active vacationers!

Exercise

Christian, our Pilates-instructor is not only going to make you enjoy Pilates. Every week he is also providing you with helpful recommendations and training tips around mobilization, spine and meditation.
But we also have something for fitness fans. We also offer classical strength training, like abs-butt-and-thighs work outs or body styling.
Also in the program: Yoga with Katharina, twice a week.

Our work outs take place outdoors and in compliance with all needed precautions, provided the weather permits, which it does most of the time. In the case of rain or during the colder months we just turn the Sky spa chill-out room into a gym.

Hikes for guests

The hikes for our guests, led by Egon Götsch, are certainly a weekly highlight. Those who manage to get through the drive in the hotel bus get to be shown our favorite hiking trails and alpine lodges in the vicinity. In case of bad weather these trips frequently turn into spontaneous vineyard tours.

Gym

Our gym is the outdoors. Nevertheless, there is a small but excellent gym. Our cardio equipment from Technogym is brand-new.

Sweat well

In our panorama sauna you’ll get fired up. Almost daily, either during late afternoon or early in the morning there are infusions being made. With no frills but a great view over the countryside of the Merano region.
