Butter, cheese and milk comes from Algund’s creamery. The rolls are freshly baked at the bakery close by, jam made from South Tyrolian fruits, cold cuts from regional producers, home made spreads and Bircher muesli and eggs, naturally only from happy hens…
On top freshly roasted Italian coffee and a look in the morning paper, that’s what a vacation feels like! And all this without any packaging of course, to protect the environment.

You won’t find the term ¾ pension here, because that’s really not our thing. We said goodbye to the cake buffet, because it is liberating and sustainable. For those who can’t wait until dinner, we serve small dishes from our new bistro menu and homemade cakes until the late afternoon (not included). Or you try an original South Tyrol Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake) or choose one of the tasty dumpling dishes at one of the many alps in the vicinity.

To find the right wine for you from this, our dream team in matters of wine, Andrea and Gerd, our two sommeliers, will take care of it. But also our dad Egon will give you one or the other recomandation.
