Antipasti buffet

High in demand and always eagerly awaited among our regulars: Our antipasti buffet. Once a week authentically Italian antipasti takes the place on the buffet.

Sunset aperitif

Once a week (during the warm months) our Sky pool on the roof terrace has to serve a different purpose. We invite you to enjoy an aperitif! Mild summer evenings and a 360-degree view over Algund and Merano against the backdrop of several mountain tops – a dream! Time to relax. Enjoy without dress code, iced champagne and our favorite rosé by mother’s best friend. Finger food inclusive!

Törggelen in fall

Here in South Tyrol, we call it the fifth season. Starting mid-October until end of November it’s time for “Tröggele”. A South Tyrolian custom that in the past celebrated the conclusion of the annual grape harvest and the tasting of the new vintage.
Of course, we participate. How to properly roast chestnuts and what is the meaning of “riggeln”? You will find out every week, when you join us for a glass of Sußer.

Rooftop summer nights

We’ve always felt that the roof terrace just has to be put to use. And so, the idea for the “summer nights” was born. As often as the weather permits, we arrange an after dinner with lounge music and cocktails.

Once a week we serve you only locally produced foods. On that day, in keeping with the motto “radically local” we only prepare produce of various regional organic farmers and partners.
