Check-in
Your room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Check-out
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room by 11 a.m. You are welcome to still enjoy our pools and spas for the rest of the day of your departure for free.
Dogs
Your dog is welcome. We love dogs. Out of respect for our other guests though, we have to kindly ask you to mind the following rules.
On the sunbathing area and at the restaurant dogs are not allowed. You are welcome to bring your dog to the terrace or our fireplace lounge to be fed. But please, let us know in advance, since we only have limited spots.

Late check-out
You would like to stay in your room for the whole day at the day of your departure? If the room is available that is no problem.
Local tax
Since January 1st, 2014 a local tax of 2.10 Euro per person/day has to be paid on site. Children below the age of 14 are exempt.
New Years
The minimum stay during the time of New Years is seven days.
Parking
Our parking garage has a capacity for 35 cars. The parking spots are marked with your respective room number. All other cars will find room on our hotel parking lot.
Payment, methods of
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by check, by ec card or credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Please be informed, that the daily limit for ec cards in Italy is set at 1.000 Euro to 1.500 Euro.

Room request
We ask for your understanding, that it is not possible to guarantee particular room numbers, floors or rooms facing towards a particular direction. Of course, we guarantee you the room category you have booked.
Room with breakfast
If, for your complete stay, you book a room with breakfast only, the price for all room categories of the 4 stars superior class will be reduced by 20 Euro per person/night. You are welcome to order dinner on a day-to-day basis. For our house guests the menu price is 45 Euro per person.
Services you don’t take advantage of
All services that are included (e.g., dinner, breakfast or use of the spa) are non-refundable, even if you don’t take advantage of them.
Single room surcharge
In certain periods, our double rooms or junior suites can also be booked for single use. Price on request.
